Why does Our Village need to message you?
Our Village is built on trust and verifying our community members is an important part of that. Every user is required to provide their phone number and email address upon registering.
We then verify your phone number by sending you a OTP. Village providers and seekers must have a working United States phone number in order to provide or hire services on our platform.
You will only receive messages to your phone at the time of registration and as necessary when updating your phone number or resetting your account password.
