Our Village Raffle Terms of Service
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the Our Village raffle, participants must meet the following criteria:
- Complete all required fields in the raffle entry form.
- Have the Our Village app downloaded on their device.
- Have a fully completed provider profile within the Our Village app at the time of the drawing.
Entry Deadline:
All entries must be submitted by Monday April 7th at 12:00 PM CST. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.
Prize:
One eligible participant will be randomly selected to receive a $75 Sephora gift card. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other item.
Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be selected at random and announced on Tuesday April 8th at 10 am on the Our Village DFW- Parent Hub Facebook Group. Additionally, the winner will be contacted directly via the email address and/or phone number provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of initial contact, a new winner may be selected.
Disqualification:
Entries that are incomplete or do not meet all eligibility requirements will be disqualified. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to complete a provider profile or uninstalling the Our Village app before the winner is selected.
Other Terms:
This raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platform. By entering, participants agree to release Our Village from any liability related to participation or prize delivery.
