What is Village Perks?
Village Perks is our rewards program that gives Village Seekers points every time they complete their profile or book a service through the Our Village app. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future services or gift cards.
How do I earn points?
Earn points for every action you take in the app. Hiring a provider, leaving a review, shopping with a partner business, and more. We’re adding new ways to earn rewards often, so check back for the latest offers.
What are the points worth?
Each point is worth $0.10.
So, 10 points = $1.00, 50 points = $5.00, and so on.
What can I do with my points?
You can:
- Apply points as a discount on future services booked through Our Village
- Redeem points for gift cards from popular retailers like Amazon, Target, DoorDash, and Starbucks
Do my points expire?
No. Your Village Perks points never expire, so you can save and redeem them whenever you’re ready.
Is the rewards program free to join?
Yes. All Village Seekers are automatically enrolled in Village Perks when they create an account and complete their profile. No separate sign-up is needed.
